  • Can we keep our existing number/s?
    Yes, Hypervoice can port your existing number into your new HyperVoice service, it's simple, within our portal you can add your number and then select "Port In". This may take from a few business days to a month depending on the complexity of the Port.
  • What is a Line in VoIP?
    In terms of VoIP a Line is how many simultanious calls you can make at any given time. If you have 2 external calls occuring from your PBX that is 2 Lines.
  • How do I get started?
    Getting started is easy!
    * For those who are tech savvy and already have an existing PBX / Phone service we will send you the details on how to create the trunk to our Session Border Controllers.
    * For those of you who are new to voip, you can give us a call at anytime and one of our friendly staff can assist through to assist you in setting up your trunk, phone or PBX.
